Quick Fixes

Before diving into specific issues, try these general solutions that fix 80% of problems:

Clear Browser Cache

Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)

Try Incognito Mode

Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

Disable Extensions

Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere

Check Internet Connection

Slow or unstable connections cause issues

Login & Authentication

Can't log in with correct password

Try these solutions:

  1. Try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' link
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Try logging in from an incognito/private browser window
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily

2FA code not working

Try these solutions:

  1. Make sure your phone's time is correct (2FA codes are time-sensitive)
  2. Try generating a new code (codes refresh every 30 seconds)
  3. Use a backup code if available
  4. Check if you're using the correct account in your authenticator app

Lost access to 2FA device

Try these solutions:

  1. Use one of your saved backup codes to log in
  2. Contact support if you don't have backup codes
  3. Once logged in, disable and re-enable 2FA with a new device

Countdown Pages

Countdown page not loading

Try these solutions:

  1. Check if the page is published (unpublished pages show 404)
  2. Verify the URL is correct
  3. Try accessing the page in an incognito window
  4. Check if your game is still active and not deleted

Email signup form not working

Try these solutions:

  1. Test the form yourself by entering an email
  2. Check your email campaign settings
  3. Verify your sender email is configured and verified
  4. Look for JavaScript errors in browser console (F12)

Countdown timer showing wrong time

Try these solutions:

  1. Check your game's launch date setting
  2. Verify your timezone is set correctly
  3. Clear browser cache and refresh the page
  4. Make sure your computer's time is accurate

Email Campaigns

Emails not being delivered

Try these solutions:

  1. Verify your sender email address in Profile Settings
  2. Check recipient's spam/junk folder
  3. Ensure your email content doesn't trigger spam filters
  4. Test with a different email address

Email templates not saving

Try these solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try refreshing the page and editing again
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Make sure you're not exceeding character limits

Low email open rates

Try these solutions:

  1. Improve your subject lines (keep under 50 characters)
  2. Send emails at optimal times (Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-2pm)
  3. Verify sender email to improve deliverability
  4. Clean your email list of inactive subscribers

Dashboard & Performance
