How do I create my first countdown page?

Is LumoCade free to use?
Yes! LumoCade offers a free tier that includes 1 game, 1 countdown page, and 100 email subscribers. Upgrade to Pro or Studio for more features and higher limits.
Do I need coding skills to use LumoCade?
Not at all! LumoCade is designed for indie developers without technical expertise. Our visual builder makes it easy to create professional countdown pages.
Countdown Pages
Can I customize the design of my countdown page?
Absolutely! You can customize colors, fonts, backgrounds, layouts, and more. Pro users get access to advanced customization options and custom CSS.
How do I share my countdown page?
Once published, you'll get a unique URL to share. You can also embed the countdown on your website or share directly on social media platforms.
Can I track how many people visit my countdown page?
Yes! LumoCade provides detailed analytics including page views, unique visitors, conversion rates, and geographic data.
Email Campaigns
How do email campaigns work?
When visitors sign up on your countdown page, they're automatically added to your email list. You can then send automated sequences or one-time campaigns.
Can I use my own email address for sending?
Yes! Configure your sender email in Profile Settings. You'll need to verify your email address to ensure good deliverability.
What email templates are available?
We provide templates for welcome emails, launch announcements, updates, and more. You can also create custom templates or modify existing ones.
Account & Security
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Profile Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. You'll need an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. Don't forget to save your backup codes!
What happens if I lose access to my 2FA device?
Use one of your backup codes to log in, then set up 2FA on a new device. If you've lost your backup codes, contact support for assistance.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Analytics & Performance
What analytics data can I see?
Track page views, unique visitors, email signups, conversion rates, traffic sources, geographic data, and email campaign performance.
How often is analytics data updated?
Analytics data is updated in real-time. You'll see visitor activity and email signups as they happen.
Can I export my analytics data?
Pro and Studio users can export analytics data as CSV files for further analysis or reporting.
